Due to being a listed building, we unfortunately do not have a lift, but staff are always on hand to help with luggage.

Breakfast: 7am-10am (Mon - Fri) & 8am-12pm (Sat - Sun)

Parking in Eastbourne

Waterside Hotel can provide guests with a full day permit for only £1. However, guests must secure a parking space on the beach side of the public road not the property side.

Guests should also be aware of the parking restrictions in operation nearby:

Between 6pm & 8am - no charge

Between 8am & 6pm - charges as follows:

2hrs - £1.50

4hrs - £2.50

6hrs - £3.00

6-10hrs - £4.00
